  1. what are the shipping costs?

The Products are delivered by usual post service or by an express carrier to the address indicated on the order form. The Customer may request that the Product be delivered to a third party and to the latter's address.

Marcel Robert informs the Customer that the shipment of the product has taken place, possibly thanks to a tracking device of the package offered on the website of the carrier.

In the event of damage during transport, the justified protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

If a product ordered and paid for turns out to be unavailable and impossible to deliver within a reasonable time, Marcel Robert Customer Service will inform the customer by email. The Customer will then have the possibility to cancel his order and may request a refund of the payment without delay and at the latest within thirty days of payment of the sums he has paid


2. what are the delivery times?

The delivery time is constituted by:   the time required to process the order, prepare and make it available to the transport company,

+ the time required to transport it to the destination specified by the customer
