Your satisfaction is our priority.

We are happy to accept returns of your items by post. You have fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of your item(s) to exercise your right of retraction.

It is essential that you return the item(s) to us in their original condition, accompanied by the packaging and a copy of your invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

Return postage is free of charge and we will refund the full amount paid for your order.

Procedure for returns by post:

• Indicate the order number concerned.
• Select the item(s) to be returned.
• Specify the reason for return for each item.
• Receive your returns label by email (remember to check your spam folder).
• Print the label and attach it to your parcel.
• Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office (do not use a post office drop-off point). You can track the delivery via the carrier's website.

 ⚠️ Please note: The return label is valid for a limited time and must be used within days (8) days of its issue date.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned item. However, we reserve the right to defer the refund until we have recovered the returned item or until you provide us with proof of dispatch, whichever is the earlier.

 ⚠️ Exceptions:
Items which are not part of the collection, or which are made or personalised on request, because of their unique nature, cannot benefit from this returns and exchanges policy. They will therefore not be refunded.
